Your Data. Your Privacy.

Last updated: November 2025

Leapify Media takes your privacy seriously — not because we have to, but because the same operators we work with would walk away if we didn't. This policy explains, in plain English, what information we collect when you visit leapifymedia.com or interact with us, how we use it, and what control you have over it. We don't sell your data. We don't share it with third parties for advertising. And as detailed in our How We're Different section, the AI infrastructure we operate runs on our own hardware — not third-party cloud LLMs.

01Who We Are

Leapify Media is a marketing-infrastructure agency for home-service companies. Founded in 2023 and currently headquartered in Austin, Texas, we build the growth systems that turn marketing spend into booked jobs for HVAC, roofing, plumbing, landscaping, and restoration operators. When this policy refers to "Leapify," "we," "us," or "our," it means Leapify Media.

02Our Confidentiality Commitment

The most important thing on this page. Beyond standard privacy obligations, Leapify Media maintains strict client confidentiality backed by signed Non-Disclosure Agreements (NDAs) covering every active engagement. Your competitors will never learn from us what you’ve built with us.

When you become a client, the following information is contractually protected and never disclosed to any third party without your explicit, written permission:

  • Revenue figures (monthly, quarterly, annual)
  • Customer lists, leads, and contact data
  • Pricing, quote details, and margin information
  • Internal operational data and business processes
  • Marketing performance metrics and attribution data
  • Competitive intelligence and trade secrets
  • Any other proprietary or sensitive business information you share with us

This commitment includes our own marketing. We will not publish, reference, or attribute case studies, testimonials, screenshots, or specific numbers to your business unless you explicitly opt in — in writing — to be featured. Aggregate or fully anonymized industry data may be used for benchmarking, but never in a way that could be reverse-engineered to identify any individual client.

Your edge stays your edge. That isn’t a tagline — it’s a contractual obligation.

03What Information We Collect

Information You Give Us Directly

When you fill out a form on our site, book a strategy call, or otherwise reach out to us, we collect the information you provide. This typically includes:

  • Name (first and last)
  • Business email address
  • Phone number
  • Company / business name
  • Industry / vertical
  • Annual revenue range
  • Current monthly marketing spend
  • Description of your growth challenges or goals (whatever you share with us)

Information We Collect Automatically

When you visit leapifymedia.com, our website automatically collects some technical information about your visit. This includes:

  • IP address
  • Browser type and version
  • Operating system
  • Device type (desktop, mobile, tablet)
  • Pages visited, time spent on each, navigation paths
  • Referring URL (the page or source that sent you to us)
  • General geographic location (city / region, derived from IP address)

Information We Don't Collect

We don't collect government IDs, social security numbers, payment card information directly on this site, or any "special category" personal data (health, biometric, etc.). When you become a client, payment information is handled by our payment processor and never touches our systems.

04How We Use Your Information

We use the information we collect for the following purposes, and nothing else:

  • To respond to your inquiry. If you submit a contact form or book a call, we use your information to reply, schedule the meeting, and prepare for the conversation.
  • To deliver our services. If you become a client, we use your information to onboard your account, integrate our systems with your tools (Jobber, HousecallPro, etc.), and provide ongoing service.
  • To improve our site and offerings. Aggregate behavioral data (page views, conversion rates, etc.) helps us understand what content is useful and where our site can be improved.
  • To send you occasional updates. If you opt in, we may send you marketing emails about Leapify Media services, case studies, or industry insights. You can unsubscribe at any time via the link at the bottom of every marketing email.
  • To comply with legal obligations. When required by law, court order, or regulation, we may retain or disclose information as needed.
What we don't do with your data: We don't sell it to anyone. We don't share it with advertisers for retargeting or audience building. We don't feed it into third-party AI models for training. Our own AI infrastructure runs on hardware we own, so client and prospect data we process stays within our walls.

05Cookies & Tracking Technologies

Our site uses cookies — small text files stored on your device — to remember preferences, measure traffic, and improve your experience. There are three categories:

  • Essential cookies — required for the site to function (e.g., security, basic page navigation). These cannot be disabled.
  • Analytics cookies — help us understand how visitors use the site, which pages are popular, and where to improve. We use Google Analytics for this purpose. Aggregated and anonymized; no individual visitor is identifiable.
  • Functional cookies — remember preferences (theme, dismissed banners, etc.) so the site behaves consistently across visits.

You can disable cookies in your browser settings at any time. Note that disabling essential cookies may break parts of the site.

06Third-Party Services We Use

To run our business, we use a handful of trusted third-party services. When you interact with our site or our team, your information may pass through these services as part of normal operations:

  • Vercel — our website hosting platform. Vercel processes visit logs and standard server data.
  • Google Analytics — aggregate website traffic analytics.
  • Calendly — for booking strategy calls. If you book a meeting, your name, email, and any answers to scheduling questions are stored in our Calendly account.
  • GoHighLevel (GHL) — our customer relationship management (CRM) platform. Form submissions and client communications may be stored in GHL for service delivery.
  • Email service providers — for sending and receiving email related to inquiries and client work.

Each of these services has its own privacy policy. We have selected vendors that maintain industry-standard security practices, but we cannot control their internal operations.

07When We Share Your Information

We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information to anyone. We share information only in these specific cases:

  • With service providers who help us operate the business (the third parties listed above), and only to the extent necessary to provide their service.
  • With your explicit consent, such as if you ask us to introduce you to another professional in our network.
  • To comply with legal requirements, including responding to lawful subpoenas, court orders, or regulatory requests.
  • To protect rights, safety, or property, including investigating suspected fraud or violations of our terms of service.
  • In connection with a business transaction, such as a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets. In any such event, you would be notified before your information becomes subject to a different privacy policy.

08How We Protect Your Information

We use industry-standard technical, administrative, and physical safeguards to protect the information you provide. These include encrypted data transmission (HTTPS), access controls on internal systems, vetted third-party vendors, and limiting personally identifiable information access to team members who need it for their work.

No system can be 100% secure, but we work hard to maintain a security posture that matches the trust our clients place in us.

09Data Retention

We retain personal information only as long as we need it for the purposes described in this policy. Specifically:

  • Contact form submissions: retained for up to 24 months in case you re-engage or we have follow-up communications.
  • Active client data: retained for the duration of our engagement and a reasonable period afterward (typically 7 years for financial / contractual records).
  • Marketing email subscribers: retained until you unsubscribe.
  • Website analytics: retained according to Google Analytics defaults (typically 14 months for individual-level data; aggregate trends indefinitely).

You can request earlier deletion of your data at any time (see Your Rights below).

10Your Rights & Choices

You have the right to:

  • Access the personal information we hold about you.
  • Correct any inaccurate or incomplete information.
  • Delete your personal information, subject to legal retention requirements.
  • Object to or restrict certain uses of your information.
  • Opt out of marketing communications at any time.
  • Receive a copy of your information in a portable format.

To exercise any of these rights, email us at contact@leapifymedia.com with the subject line "Privacy Request." We will respond within 30 days.

11California Residents (CCPA)

If you are a California resident, you have additional rights under the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA), including the right to know what personal information we have collected about you, the right to delete it, and the right to opt out of any "sale" of your personal information. As stated above, we do not sell personal information.

12European Residents (GDPR)

If you are located in the European Economic Area, United Kingdom, or Switzerland, you have rights under the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). The lawful basis on which we process your information is generally one of: your consent (e.g., for marketing emails), the necessity to perform a contract with you (client work), or our legitimate business interest (responding to inquiries, improving our services). You may withdraw consent or object to processing at any time using the contact details below.

13Children's Privacy

Our services are intended for business operators and other adults. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 18 years old. If you believe a child has provided us information, contact us and we will delete it.

14Changes To This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time to reflect changes in our practices, services, or legal requirements. When we make material changes, we will update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page and, where appropriate, notify users via email or a banner on the site. Continued use of our site after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
